Wonderful

Good location for food and attractions. Clean room. Friendly and helpful reception staff. We were upgraded. Had a lovely champagne from hotel on my husband 's birthday.

Nice hotel and good stay

The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony which was a nice bonus. Some nice shops and restaurants around with plenty of options to choose from. There are several bus stops near the hotel so getting around the city was easy. The Spa was nice and clean, good to relax. Staff very helpful and nice.

Apart from a small fridge, there were no other appliances in the room. From a four star hotel, I would at least expect a coffee machine in the room, but I guess they want you to spend money in their restaurant instead. Also, when booking, there was no information that Spa wasn't included, and I had to pay 9 euro if I wanted to use it.

Nice place to stay in Palma

Very good breakfast wit large selection of everything, including freshly squeeezed orange juice. Spacious room. Not very close to city centre, but within good reach of public transport. Very easy-to-operate safe box in the room, which accommodated a laptop.

Not much to mention. The separate top and bottom sheets on the beds get messy soon when a person moves a little in the bed

Worth its cost! Great location, kind staff, delicious food!!

Food here is the best among hotels we’ve been to! Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious, waiters are very kind and helpful. The room we got was warm and filled with light, yet clean, bed and pillows were really comfortable to sleep the whole week! Thanks a lot! Would 100% recommend the hotel to my acquaintances.

Didn’t notice any significant imperfections, except that it would be nice to have electric kettle in the room.

The view and decoration of the room are very good. We enjoyed the sunshine on the balcony. The mattress was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out the sun very well. We slept well every night

The water temperature in the spa is not very high but the sauna is too hot

Comfortable hotel with good facilities and supportive staff

- Location is good, 15-20 minutes walk to Mallorca centre - Spa facilities are nice - room size was good as we booked junior suite not sure about other room categories - breakfast was amazing with live counter for omelette and eggs

- breakfast area gets crowded sometimes and we have to wait to enter the restaurant

Pleasant stay but wouldn’t go back

Breakfast and buffet were excellent and have no complaints there at all. What I will warn people is that the Spa is all at an extra charge and this is not made clear on bookings.com so it was too late for us. My wife and I purposely went there to relax for 5 days after major surgery only to be told of the €18 to visit the spa and that’s for 90 min, which can’t be broken down so if you want to go in the morning it’s €18 and if you want to go in the afternoon it’s €18 regardless if your only in there for 30-40 in first time round. I will not be staying there again as a result of this and would agin strongly advise people to think about this before booking.

Great location and nice clean rooms

Very good location, 25 minute walk into Palma centre. Pools are both lovely and so is the pool bar. Nice big beds, clean rooms. Gym was good.

Walls were quite thin so sadly we were kept up one night. Bathrooms could also do with a bit of an update - showers weren’t the nicest.

A very nice hotel for a short stay

The location was nice. Around 22 min walk from the center. The pool was not too big, but cozy and clean. I came very early and had a job interview. The lady at the reception was super helpful and checked me in before the check-in time. Loved the service at the bar, especially indoor bar lady was very friendly and smiley. The room had a balcony overlooking the yard. I didnt use it much, but felt nice to have it )) and i took back massage, which was super cool and relaxing. I would say it is a good hotel for a short stay in Palma.

- The toilet door of room 204 didnt shut. I was travelling alone so didnt have issues with that, but wouldnt stay in the same room if i was travelling with a partner or a friend. Also the bathroom is made from glass with fancy colourful lights tho )) - The reception at spa did something which i never like, but this often happens in the touristic places. She charged me for massage more than the price of it and when i asked why, she was like "oh I thought you'd want to leave a tip". If i want to leave a tip, i would leave it to the masseuse. I think it is not nice to solicti it this way.

Really lovely stay. Hotel for couples, friends ans families.

It was a really great hotel with great and clean rooms. Breakfast (18€) and dinner (25€) I would say was a good value for the money. Also you could get some food all throughout the day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The spa was a nice and budget-friendly (9€) experience. You could get a taxi easily ordered from the hotel as well.

The showerheads were not my favourite, water was coming out from many directions and a bit weirdly but that’s a really small thing so not too bothered about that.

Go for the pool and the spa, but do not expect a 4 stars hotel's treatment.

The breakfast was very good, the SPA and the swimming pools were great.

Most of the people working at the check-in desk were rude and very uninterested in helping. Not much attention to what is needed in the room: they did not refill empty tubes of soap/cream unless we would point the attention to it. In the room, there is no min-bar, no kettle to make a tea, nothing! Not even a complementary bottle of water which I have seen at 2 stars hotel. To get a beer in the evening you need to go down at the pool bar, which closes at 11PM, after that, nothing. There is 1 machine for soft drinks and some snacks for the entire hotel, and if something ran out then you also cannot get a bottle of water or a coke after 11PM. One day, we were extremely hungry in the afternoon around 5PM, more or less 2 hours before the bar/restaurant would open, so we had no choice but get to the machine dispenser to get a cold sandwich (there was nothing else that could be filing). But of course, there were no more sandwiches in the machine (it gets refilled once a day and that's that), and when asking at the desk, they simply said 'there is nothing we can do', 'you have to wait that the restaurant opens'... and that is that! Not even, 'here is an apple', or 'we are sorry'. Nothing! I repeat, 4-star hotel!!! Finally, the room did not have any accessory in the bathroom because of 'reducing plastic waste and to help the environment'... okay, great! But, as other reviewers have written, even when asking about some toiletries or so, there is not much. Plus, the way the hotel was managed in all other senses (from very high air-conditioning, to plastic straws and glasses, etc..) was far from being attentive to the environment and being environmentally sustainable, which makes the lack of toiletries clearly just a way to save money, and for a 4-star hotel, it is absurd! The environmental attention is a blatant excuse to offer nothing to the guests and to save money!
